Garth Brooks released his new album, Fun, on Nov. 20.
Fun debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart this week. The 14-song offering moved 18,000 equivalent album units, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data.
While Fun had the best debut on the chart at No. 7, it was topped by Luke Combsâ What You See Is What You Get (No. 1), Chris Stapletonâs Starting Over (No. 2), Carrie Underwoodâs My Gift (No. 3), Dolly Partonâs A Holly Dolly Christmas (No. 4), Morgan Wallenâs If I Know Me (No. 5) and Luke Combsâ This Oneâs for You (No. 6).
Garthâs new album includes his current single, âShallow,â featuring Trisha Yearwood, as well as tunes âThatâs What Cowboys Do,â âThe Road Iâm On,â âCourage of Love,â âParty Gras,â âAll Day Long,â âStronger Than Me,â âDive Barâ with Blake Shelton, and more.
âWhat I love about this recordâitâs as fun as any record, if not more fun than any record, weâve ever done,â says Garth. âBut at the same time, itâs gonna have those âGarth momentsâ thatâs gonna take you all the way back to the first album. And thatâs what made it not only fun to record, but fun to listen to.â
